These are great on your favorite
bread, topped with a slice of smoked,
marinated or NAJAD salmon.
Guacamole salsa
This is what you need:
Time: 20 min
2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juice and zest
3 stems of spring onion
½ red chili pepper
1 tbs olive oil
salt
black pepper
This is how you do it:
Cut the avocados in half and remove
the pit. Slice the spring onions thinly.
Remove the seeds and chop the chili
pepper finely. Spoon out the avocado
into the bowl. Grate the peel of the
lime and squeeze out the juice, add
olive oil. Mash everything with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper to your
taste. Spread on a slice of your favorite
bread - top with roe sauce and a slice of
NAJAD salmon.

salmon
200g (7 oz)
Roe sauce
This is what you need:
Time: 20 min
½ jar SILLROM, herring roe
¾ cup crême fraiche
1 tbs fine chopped dill
1 tbs fine chopped chives
½ lemon
salt
black pepper
This is how you do it:
Put the herring roe, crême fraiche, dill
and chives in a bowl. Grate the peel of
the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
Mix everything gently with a spoon,
season with salt and pepper to your
taste. Spread on a slice of your favorite
bread - top with guacamole salsa and
a slice of smoked, marinated NAJAD
salmon.
