Put 2-3 scoops of tuna into a bowl. Add red onions (about

This one's a very easy fall-back for those nights when you
want a little variety. Start with the pasta, and then add the

like to mix everything at this point to distribute the
seasoning and ingredients evenly.
Broccoli Pasta w/ Hot Peppers
pasta (preferably spirals or shells), broccoli (from the
salad bar), hot red pepper flakes, optional: olive oil,
butter, garlic powder, cheese, chicken
Steam the broccoli (put in bowl w/ tablespoon of water,
place bowl or small plate on top, microwave until
broccoli is soft). Then mix together with pasta and red
pepper flakes. Also works with white rice instead of
pasta. Add butter (melt in microwave), olive oil, garlic
powder, cheese, or chicken if you want. I ate this first in a
restaurant, and I think my version tastes even better!

Toasted Quesadilla
Flour tortilla Filling of your choice I like either beans and
cheese or spinach (steamed first in a microwave) and feta.
This is definitely a high-difficulty recipe and you must
follow instruction carefully if you don't want to end up
setting the toaster on fire. But the results are spectacular
and definitely worth-it. Much better than a soggy
microwave quesadilla. First, get a flour tortilla with no
tears in it. put your filling on half the tortilla, but not right
up the edge. Fold the tortilla in half. Place it gently in the
conveyer belt toaster FOLD SIDE FIRST! This way, after
it gets toasted it will slide neatly down the chute without
spilling the fillings. Pierce the tortilla gently with a fork
first if you're paranoid about it puffing up. Be sensible.
Don't use anything runny or overfill your tortilla.
Hefty Quesadilla
2 tortillas, 1 piece Italian chicken filet or chicken patty,
mozzarella cheese, red onions, spinach, tomatoes,
black olives, sour cream, pesto
Cut everything into pieces and put it on one tortilla.
Slap the other one on top and microwave for 2.5
minutes. Then eat it with a knife ad fork if you want to
be civilized or with your hands if you want to make a
mess.

pepper flakes, 4-5 cucumber slices, shredded carrots,

fill a Styrofoam cup a little over halfway with plain
yogurt, add and mix about a tablespoon or two of milk
to make it a little runnier, add cayenne or red pepper
flakes and a quarter to half a packet of white sugar
(depends on your taste) and mix, cut cucumber slices
into narrow strips, add cucumber and a small amount
of shredded carrot, open the teabag (take out the staple
and actually tear open the teabag) and add 2-3
generous pinches of mint (the mint makes all the
difference in the raita). good with valentine's curried
