Fit Me – A Personal Fitness Plan
Ready to start exercising but don’t know where to
start? Work with a personal trainer to discover the
right plan for you. The Fit Me program includes:
• a one-on-one guidance session with personal
trainer Harprit Szell
• a cardio and weight training program
(4 - 1 hour sessions, small group)
• 4 drop-in passes to try out different fitness
classes
• access to the Centre for Active Living Gym for 1
