That’s Right! Back to school with Triple-Lindy IPA! Very
light in color, and distinctively flavorful! This is a Hop lovers
IPA! Citrus and evergreen notes are immediately present,
followed by hints of tropical fruit, and finishing with a
pleasant lingering bitterness. Take the Dive!

Hammerhead
A classic Northwest pale ale and McMenamins top selling
beer. This rich chestnut colored gem is a model of harmony
between hops and malted barley. Hammerhead’s signature
Cascade hop nose and intense hopped flavor blend nicely
with the caramel tones from the crystal malt. This beer has a
vocal following. To run out is an unforgivable sin.

Terminator Stout
Black as the darkest night, rich as the most decadent dessert,
Terminator is for the true stout lover. This is a full bodied and
flavor packed ale which draws its robust complexity from
kiln-baked specialty grains. Look for a wide array of toasted,
chocolate, nutty and coffee-like flavors in every pint! The
devoted swear by it, and it remains one of our top selling
ales year after year.

Hogshead Whiskey 7.75
We produced Hogshead from malted barleys,double-distill it in our
pot still and age it in new, charred American white oak barrelsfor a
minimum of three years. This innovative whiskey boasts a palatepleasing combination of firm grain, hazelnut, sweet vanilla, toffee and
caramel.
Monkey Puzzle 6.50
We selected a choice barrel of our finest malt whiskey and dry-hopped
it with Teamaker hops, which contain no bitterness. The spirit is
sweetened with a touch of blackberry honey, harvested from hives
found on the Edgefield estate. The result is a bit of a puzzle itself, but
a truly great one. There are strong flavors of malt, vanilla andcaramel
mixed in with citrus hop characteristics and blackberry honey
sweetness.
BEVERAGE MENU
a version of our Hogshead Whiskey before it sees the barrel has aromas
of rich malt and cereal with flavors of dark chocolate and roast. White
Dog is incredibly drinkable in a specialty cocktail or served neat.

White Owl Whiskey 6.50
We are thrilled to announce the release of our first spirit from the CPR
Distillery, White Owl Whiskey. This wheat based whiskey is produced
in an antique Charante Alambic still from the Cognac region of France
that is housed in Washington County’s oldest agricultural building. We
bottle it right out of the still to preserve the fresh aromas of wheat and
barley malts. Unaltered by aging in wooden barrels, White Owl Whiskey
retains a crystal clarity that belies the intensity of its flavor, and at 98.6
proof it is sure to warm your bones.
Edgefield Brandy 9.25
Our signature brandy is a marriage of Pinot Noir and Semillon distillates.
The spiritwas aged for no less than eight years and was given a unique
double-barreling aging process. The nose of this brandy is flowery with
hints of berries and oak. The flavor issweet and warm with pronounced
vanilla and ripe cherry flavors.
Pear Brandy 7.75
A pure and clean spirit, we make our Pear Brandy from 100% Hood
River,Oregon-grown green Bartlett pears. The pears are overripened,
fermentedand then distilled in our eau de vie pot still. The spirit is
hand-bottled, with no barrel aging, to capture the true essence of fresh
pears.
Morning Dew 6.50
Our first brandy release from CPR Distillery , unaged and made from
Pinot Noir grapes grown at Revana Vineyards in the Dundee Hills.
Produced by the traditional double Alambic distillation method on our
new to us, old Alambic Still nicknamed “Tina” at CPR Distillery…
Longshot Brandy 6.75
The latest version of our popular brandy is deeper and more complex
than ever. We use Syrah grapes harvested from Edgefield’s own
vineyard, doubledistill the wine but then we barrel-age the spirit for
one year in a used Syrah wine barrel and then another year in a used
Syrah port barrel.
Alambic “13” Brandy 13.50
Our oldest spirit, this handcrafted Brandy was made from Chardonnay
grapes. Thirteen years in a French oak barrel have allowed hints of
caramel, cinnamon and almond notes to soften and enrich this fine
liqueur.
Penney’s Gin 7.25
This A dry gin is handcrafted using the traditional English method.
Penney’s has a bold citrus character from whole juniper berries, sweet
orange peel, lemon peel, freshly-zested lime and cardamom. Cocktail
friendly!
Professor’s Gin 7.25
Professor’s bolder style is inspired by the Dutch-style genevre, yet
with a brighter,more layered profile. The aromas and flavors balance
between very herbal and sweet; with a distinctive juniper, coriander
and cracked black pepper notes.
Coffee Liqueur 5.00
For all those diehard coffee drinkers looking for a little extra kick,
Coffee Liqueur is imbued with Ethiopian Sidamo coffee beans that
were roasted at McMenamins Coffee Roasters. The liqueur’s rich and
silkytexture marries wellwith the dark, spicy coffee flavors.
Herbal Liqueur No. 7 6.50
Distilled with a blend of Edgefield estate-grown garden herbs called
the Black Rabbit Magic Potion #9, the spirit is bold with flavors of
cinnamon, mint and caraway, balanced with the sweetness of organic
birch syrup.
