FOR 2017 AFL HOME AND AWAY SEASON
Dear Reciprocal Member,
Thank you for your interest in attending fixtures during the 2017 AFL home and away football season at the
Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Members of interstate reciprocal clubs/venues will have restricted entry entitlements to the MCC Members
Reserve for the 2017 AFL home and away season. Entry and all match day ticketing will be via Gate 2, near
the corner of Jolimont Street and Jolimont Terrace.

Important Information

Only Full members of affiliated reciprocal clubs/venues will have entry entitlements. Associate, guest,
transferrable and corporate memberships have no access rights. Please note that if you hold multiple
membership cards that only one card can be used for reciprocal rights.

Reciprocal members are eligible to purchase an entry ticket for themselves at a cost of $36.00 and will also
be able to introduce one guest at an additional cost of $36.00 for adults or $6.00 for children under the
age of 15. Note: Children’s tickets are complimentary for all Sunday matches.

Members must provide their Full membership card as well as identification confirming their residence
outside Victoria before any applications will be processed. You are encouraged to pre-purchase your
required ticketing to avoid disappointment on the day. NOTE: Tickets for “blockbuster” matches should
be purchased in advance as they may not be available at the gate on match days.

Reciprocal members and their guests will be given access to unreserved seating on levels 1 and 4 of the
MCC Reserve. No access will be available to the Long Room, Members Dining Room, Frank Grey Smith
Bar or MCC ‘member-only’ seating areas on levels 2 and 3. (Please refer to the seating plan map in this
guide for clarification)

Reciprocal members and their guest are permitted access to all other bar and dining facilities and seating
areas inside the Members Reserve other than those listed above. (Please refer to the map of the Members
Reserve in this guide) Bistro-style and snack meals will be available on a walk-up basis in the Hugh
Trumble Café, Tower 6 Bar and Grill and Stumps Tavern (level 1), Percy Beames Bar and Terrace Café
(level 2) and Robert Flower Terrace (level 4).

The MCC reserves the right to discontinue the sale of reciprocal and visitor tickets for any match. Under
no circumstances will reciprocal tickets be sold to a reciprocal member if they are not available to MCC
members at the time.


Dress Code
The minimum dress standard in the Members Reserve is neat casual. Denim is acceptable; however
gentlemen must wear a collared shirt even if worn under a collared jacket or sweater at all times in the Reserve.
T-shirts, singlets, beach wear, tracksuit pants, overalls or torn or ripped clothes, and clothing displaying racist
or offensive messages are not accepted.
Non-acceptable footwear includes thongs, scuffs, dilapidated footwear, gumboots, moccasins, slippers and ugg
boots.

Important Note: All tickets purchased are non refundable. All pre-purchased tickets will be available to collect
on match day from the Membership Services windows outside Gate 2 to the left of the entrance turnstiles from
an hour prior to gate opening time (Please refer to the MCC website closer to the event for these times).
