It is intcr-alia notcd that thc proposal involvcs dredging in front of cxisting

Ammonia and Phosphoric Acid tanks in the existing Sikka Shorc Tcrminal of Gulf
Kachchh, Gujarat. Thc jetty is located inside Sikka Creek about 3 nautical milcs
from thc anchoragc arca at Latitudc: 22o 27' 30" N and Longitudc: 690 47' 45" EIicing a tidal port, thc bcrthing and dc-bcrthing at cxisting jctty is done only
during high tidc. Thcrc is no night navigation facility. Thc jetty is bcing used for
handling thc import of raw matcrials needed for DAP production at Sikka. Thc
draft allowable is 8m. For thc import of raw matcrials rcquircd in keeping with
