After the ceremony, your bridal party will be whisked
away for photos through our spectacular gardens,
bushland and on the manicured golf course, with
the use of golf carts.

The ‘Add-On’ value can be utilised for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles, to upgrade a beverage

The Banquet, 2 course Alternate Drop & Cocktail Packages have $1,000.00 of add-ons complimentary.
The 3 course Alternate Drop package has $1,500.00 of add-ons complimentary.

Frequently Asked Questions
Minimum Numbers & Capacity
Minimum 60 guests apply to all packages, should numbers drop below this the package prices will increase.
Function Room 1 can accommodate up to 70 people seated.
Function Room 2 (The Whole Room) can seat up to 150 people or 250 people standing.
Venue Hire & Timings
The Greenhouse wedding packages include your ceremony package,
5 ½ hour function room hire and use of the grounds & course for photos including golf carts and
a dedicated team member to guide your wedding party & photographer around the course.
We suggest a 3.30pm ceremony, with on-course photos from 4.30-5.30pm.
Guests are invited to make use of the Country Club Bar & Lounge between the ceremony & reception.
The Country Club License requires that the function conclude by 11.30pm. Last drinks will be served at 11.15pm and guests
will be requested to leave by 11.30pm.
Bookings & Deposit
Bookings will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Please note this deposit is non-refundable.
The initial booking deposit is $1,000.00.
Management reserves the right to cancel a tentative booking if the deposit has not been received by the due date.
The deposit can be paid with a credit card, cheque, cash or via direct deposit.
Please note that a 10% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
Payment & Final Numbers
Accounts and final numbers are to be settled 21 days (three weeks) prior the wedding, unless prior arrangements are made with
management. You are welcome to increase your numbers after this time, however cannot reduce from this number.
Wedding Tasting
A tasting for alternate drop or banquet packages is offered complimentary for the bride & groom.
Additional persons joining you at the tasting are at a cost of $40.00 per person.
Please note that your tasting will be an example of potion sizes & flavours and will be structured on dishes that the kitchen has
available at that time.
Please contact your wedding coordinator to arrange this tasting three months prior to your wedding.
Also advise us of any dietary requirements for the tasting at the time of booking.
Bump In & Bump Out Times
Generally, set up of your reception is completed on the afternoon before your wedding day, however this is confirmed on a caseby-case basis. Should set up occur on the day of your wedding our team will allocate suitable time to complete this.
Any styling items that TGH events team will place out on your behalf should be dropped off to TGH in the days leading up to your
wedding. This will include your finalised seating plan.
Set up timings will be confirmed with your wedding coordinator a week prior to your wedding date.
Collection of decorative touches should be arranged for the day following your wedding.
Storage of your items is not available on site.
Décor & Styling
Seated packages include round or rectangle tables to seat up to ten people. Long banquet style tables can be arranged on
request. Bentwood Chairs are include.
Your menus will be printed on white stationary. Please advise us if you would prefer to arrange printing yourself to match your
place cards, seating chart & invitations.

Child’s two course meal & soft drink package, $41.00. (For children under 12 years old only)
Teenagers are charged the wedding package price, without the alcohol component.
Alcohol
Our venue is fully licenced - BYO is not available
Alcohol consumption is monitored throughout the reception to ensure the responsible service of alcohol. All event staff have a
valid RSA certificate and will maintain standards of RSA guidelines at all times.
Beverage selection and pricing subject to change based on availability.
Should the included beverage package not suit your requirements, please speak to your wedding coordinator regarding
alternate options.
Cash & Eftpos facilities are available for guest use (no cash out facilities).
Audio Visual
A sound system suitable for an MP3 player, and microphone is available for use if required.
A projector & screen is available on application. Equipment must be handled by the PDGC team only.
