Each pair of tickets or single ticket is part of a comprehensive package that
does not include the option to purchase additional seats. In some instances we
will have extra tickets for sale that we acquire through the secondary market.

Does the package purchaser have to attend the event?
No, the purchaser may pay for the trip on behalf of others. If you are purchasing
for someone else, please list the names of the travelers on the consumer reply
form you will receive with your confirmation email.
There are more than two of us in my group. Can we sit together?
World Events Group will do its best to ensure that groups larger than two are
seated together. Please contact World Events Group at (888) TEXANS4 for
further information.
Can I request a specific room type?
World Events Group is happy to request a specific room type for you. Please
contact World Events Group at (888) TEXANS4 for further information.
Can I check in early/check out late? Can I stay additional nights?
Please call the hotel in advance or check with the front desk upon arrival to
make your check in or out request. If you need to purchase additional nights you
may do so directly through the Hotel based on availability. If you have further
questions or concerns, please contact World Events Group at (888) 422-8686.
I called to confirm my reservation and the hotel doesn’t have it. Should I
be concerned?
It’s likely the group list hasn’t been entered into the hotel’s computer system yet,
which can take up to ten days. If after ten days the hotel does not have record
of your reservation, please contact World Events Group at (888) TEXANS4.
Can I use my Hotel Awards number?
While you can’t use your number toward payment for your room, you may be
able to use it for incidental expenses during your stay such as meals and other
hotel costs. If you have further questions, please contact World Events Group
at (888) TEXANS4.
Which credit cards do you accept?
You may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Diners Club card to
pay for your package.
Is my personal credit card information secure?
Yes, your personal and billing data is protected through the use of high-grade
encryption for all Internet transactions.
Why do you need my billing address?
This is a consumer safeguard; your billing address is matched with your credit
card number to prevent fraudulent activity.

Sports Packages Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By purchasing a Sports Package, you agree to the following terms and conditions
on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor. World Events Group is solely
responsible for all travel arrangements and accommodations, services and
events that constitute the Sports Package You agree that World Events Group
shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or damages resulting
from inconvenience, loss of time, or loss of any nature arising out of the act,
omission or negligence of any motor coach company, venue, hotel or any person
rendering any services or accommodation in connection with the travel package.
Furthermore, neither World Events Group is not in any way responsible for any
injury, damage, or loss due to reason of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown,
government action, weather, failure to make timely payments, or any reason
beyond the control of those parties. By submitting payment, you agree that you
have read and fully understand these terms and conditions.
Cancellations and Refunds
Before purchasing a Sports Package, carefully review your package details.
World Events Group cannot issue exchanges or refunds after a Sports Package
has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. World
Events Group has no responsibility or liability for issuing refunds. We recommend
that you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Exceptions to this policy
cannot be made for any reason, including weather, acts of God, and terrorism,
and civil unrest, personal or medical emergencies. If an event is cancelled or
postponed for any reason, you are entitled to a refund of all deposits paid by and
not yet utilized by World Events Group to purchase package components, and
World Events Group will use its best efforts to obtain refunds for any package
components already purchased.
Documentation and Personal Identification
It is the responsibility of each individual traveler to obtain any documentation
required for his or her trip such as passports, visas, birth certificates and photo
identification. Travelers entering the United States and Canada are required to
show proof of citizenship for entry. Those denied at any border will not be entitled
to any refund.
Hotel Accommodations
You agree to be responsible for all incidental charges incurred in excess of those
covered by the package. Incidental charges may include food, beverages,
telephone use, internet use, movies, video games, parking fees, and other hotel
charges. All hotels require a credit card or deposit for incidental charges at time
of check-in. World Events Group reserves the right to substitute confirmed hotels
with comparable accommodations at either its own or the hotel’s discretion.
Accommodations are subject to availability. Extra hotel nights are generally
available upon request for an additional cost through the hotel.
CONDITIONS: All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your
reservation is confirmed. All prices published for each package are per person
rates. Required payments must be received by World Events Group in order to
confirm any reservation. World Events Group and World Events Group reserve
the right to accept or decline any transaction or to cancel a package in their sole
discretion.
DISCLAIMER AND RESPONSIBILITY: Services provided in conjunction with
these programs are rendered by suppliers acting as independent contractors and
not as agents or employees of World Events Group. World Events Group
therefore is not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless
actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss,
damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members.
WORLD EVENTS GROUP DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE
ACTS, OMISSIONS AND CONDUCT OF WORLD EVENTS GROUP OR ANY
THIRD PARTY, WORLD EVENTS GROUP USERS, ADVERTISERS AND/OR
SPONSORS ON THE SITE, IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORLD EVENTS
GROUP SERVICE OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE
AND/OR THE WORLD EVENTS GROUP SERVICE. WORLD EVENTS GROUP
IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ACTIONS OR
FAILURE TO ACT OF WORLD EVENTS GROUP, ANY VENUE, PERFORMER,
PROMOTER OR OTHER THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH OR
REFERENCED ON THE SITE.
You hereby voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event and the Sports
Package. Your purchase of a Sports Package shall constitute an
acknowledgement of and consent to these terms and conditions as well as an
agreement to convey these matters to all travel companions or group members.
If an act of God, unavoidable accident, strike or other labor dispute, fire, riot or
civil commotion, government action or decree, inclement weather or any other
event beyond the control of World Events Group . World Events Group shall not
be obligated to you in any manner, and you hereby hold World Events Group
harmless for any damages or claims resulting therefrom.
PHYSICAL DISABILITY: Any physical disability that may require special
attention or treatment must be reported when the reservation is requested so that
appropriate arrangements can be made.
PACKAGE CONTENTS: All tickets and package contents will be will-call pick-up
in the Road Trip city only at the Road trip Hotel .
TICKETS: World Events Group is not necessarily in physical possession of event
tickets at the time a booking is made or accepted. Tickets cannot be guaranteed
together in quantities greater than Six (6).
LOST TICKETS: You are responsible to safeguard your tickets, once received.
They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. In limited circumstances
where World Events Group is able to replace tickets, there will be a minimum fee
equal to the face value of ticket, plus a $25 fee.
RESALE POLICIES: No third-party companies may be used for the resale of
packages or any events offered by World Events Group. Violation will result in
the immediate revocation of tickets and event credentials. No refund of any kind
will be issued to groups and individuals in violation of the above policies.
