The assessments are unit standard based and require that you complete them to competency standard of 100% Do I get the results at the conclusion of the assessment? You will receive the results as you progress through the course, and once competent, you will receive an original certificate which you then take into a licensing agent to have included on your licence. To complete the approved Class 2 course with Triple “A” you need to sit and pass your Class 2 learners licence. Attend two 5 hour study workshops for each of your unit standards. To obtain a Class 2 learner licence you must........... Package includes two 1 hour- 1 ½ hour practice sessions (depending on your training needs) in a Class 2 vehicle at Triple “A” (Extra lessons are available at $85) 1 ½ - 2 assessment. Learner licence course materials – including the road code, are available from Triple “A” on request. You can apply for and sit your Class 2 Learners Licence at a driver Licencing Agency (eg VTNZ Adelaide Rd Newtown or Seaview Lower Hutt, AA centres, VINZ Parliament St Lower Hutt) When you have your Class 2 Learners Licence you can begin the approved course. Once you have completed the approved course and unit standard assessments to competency standard you will be issued with a certificate. To have the Class 2 put onto your licence you will need to take this certificate to a licencing agency along with: hours will be needed for each Triple “A” will provide the truck for training and assessment, unless you specifically would like to use your own. The cost of the course and all materials/handbooks is $895.00 (incl GST ) (Proof of New Zealand residency will be required) Extra lessons if required are $95 p/h Re-sit fees for theory assessments per unit standard questionnaire is $80.00 ; to re-sit the 5 day logbook scenario is $50.00 for practical assessment is $120.00 your drivers licence Deposits and fees paid will be held for a period of 3 months. If not used within that time, then new course fees will apply. proof of residency (bank statement, or bill of some sort, Refunds showing your address) Licence Fee (currently $44.00 but subject to change) On request for cancellation of an examination, 80% of the original fee paid will be refunded.
