Event Fee Schedule
Lodge Use Fee $2100
Includes banquet tables with Chivari chairs;
white linens and china, glassware and flatware;
an appropriate sized dance floor; set up and take
down; assistance with decorating; the complete
attention of our professional staff and a
Personal Wedding Consultant to assist you in planning from start to finish.
Tent rental services are available through the Loon Lodge for an additional fee which varies depending on the size
and style of tent requested.
Wedding Ceremony Set Up Fee $250
Our lakeside lawn set with white folding chairs and arbor.
Full Service Bar $150
Cake Service (if applicable) $75
Officiant $150
A Deposit for $500 is required to secure your event date.
If tent rental is required, a deposit of $1000 is due upon receipt of tent quote.
A deposit of 50% of the total shown on the estimated invoice is due 60 days
prior to the event date.
Payment in full is due 7 days prior to your event.
Incidental charges must be secured with a credit card on file and are due
immediately following your event.
Forms of payment accepted: cash, check, money order, or certified check.
Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to your final bill.
Maine State Tax of 8% and gratuity of 20% will be added to all food and
beverage costs.
The Lodge, in keeping with our liquor license, must provide all alcoholic
beverages served and consumed in our facilities. Therefore, no liquor can be
brought onto the property from the outside.
