General Comments
Spelling and punctuation are better, now. Because of this, the theme statements automatically appear more mature. However, some individuals are still not following the proper format
for a theme statement. If you lost your "How to Write a Theme Statement" sheet, go onto my website and download or print a copy at home. Remember, I give you handouts carefully
designed to help you think and learn. Keep track of them! Finally, for those of you making a score of "2," it is often because your topic (a single word that is an abstract noun) doens't
match your statement about the human condition OR you are not narrowing down your topic into a single word. (Maybe both.)
