The next round of after school
enrichment classes for girls and boys of
all ages will begin on Tuesday,
November 1st and run until Tuesday,
December 13th. In conjunction with the
theme of this year’s book fair, the
students will explore the life of a pirate
by building a motorized ship, helm and
anchor. They will launch a trebuchet
and rowboat to keep them from the jaws
of the crocodiles. If your student is
interested in participating, you will need
to register them online. The cost is $75.

reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Galatians 6:9
A Note from the Principal:
The above verse is our Serve, Love
Noah Club’s encouraging verse for this
school year. It has been included at the
bottom of our thermometer by the front
door. SLN met last Tuesday and tossed
around some more great ideas. They
are strongly considering a float in the
Christmas parade as well as an open
house before the Christmas program.
Volunteers will be needed to ride on the
float and to walk next to it to pass out
candy canes and fliers with information
about the school and the open house.
SLN is the heart beat of the school. If
you want to connect with other families
in the school then attend SLN meetings.
If you want to know what’s going on and
where you can help out then come to
the meetings.

and duties to choose from.
There is also a sign-up sheet in the
office to sell apple pies at the
Walmart on Dell Range THIS
Saturday, October 22nd from 10 am to
2 pm. We have TWO slots left to fill.
Each slot is a two hour block of time.
SchoolStore.com
We had some questions in the office last
week about the benefits the school
receives when ordering on
schoolstore.com. SchoolStore
employees have assured Mrs. Gomez
that as long as the participant is
following the link they received via
email, the school will get credit for the
purchase. Some participants were
unsure after completing their orders with
a participating business because a
confirmation was not displayed. It can
take two weeks to a month for the credit
earned to be applied to the school’s
account. Thank you to everyone who is
utilizing this opportunity to earn the
school some extra money.
