NOTICE is hereby given that at 2.30 pm on Thursday 17th day of September 2015 AMAYA
(ALDERNEY) LIMITED ("the Company") whose registered office is situate at Millennium
House, Olliver Street, St Anne, Alderney, GY9 3TD, will apply to the Alderney Court, sitting
at Queen Elizabeth II Street, Alderney, GY9 3TB, to confirm a Special Resolution of the
Shareholders of the Company which has the effect, subject to approval by the Court, of
changing the name of the Company to NYX DIGITAL GAMING (ALDERNEY) LIMITED. Any
person wishing to oppose this application must be present in Court on the date and time
above to show cause as to why the application should not be granted.

Climb event in Alderney this year on Thursday 17th September, Friday 18th September and
Saturday 19th September.
Please note that the General Services Committee have authorised the following road
closures:17th September – Sprint
Between 0700 and 1900 hours – the road from Whitegates (Hammond Memorial) to
Mannez Lighthouse (with limited access between Hammond Memorial, Saye Beach
Campsite and Arch and Corblets beaches)
18th September – Speed
Between 0700 and 1900 hours – the road from Le Grand Val (Judges Pond) to Tourgis Hill
Road
19th September – Hill Climb
Between 0700 and 1900 hours – the road from the junction of Le Petit Val with Route de
Picaterre, to the junction of Tourgis Hill Road with Le Grand Val

TAKE NOTICE that:
1. SW, SWA, SWUF, PMSWF, CMMF, HLL and SAL (the Transferors) intend to apply to the
Royal Court of Guernsey at The Royal Court House, St Peter Port, Guernsey (the Royal
Court) on 4 December 2015 at 9:30 am for the sanction pursuant to Section 44 of the
Insurance Law by the Royal Court of a scheme (the Scheme) providing for the transfer to
CMIGL of the entire long term insurance business of the Transferors, including, in respect
of Guernsey-resident policyholders.
2. Copies of (i) the proposed application; and (ii) the report of an independent actuary
(the Report) are available for inspection (or for collection free of charge) at all reasonable
times at the offices of Mourant Ozannes at the address given below. Copies of the Report
can also be obtained free of charge from the website of SW at
www.scottishwidows.co.uk/transfer2015, by writing to the Insurance Business Transfer
Department, PO Box 28139, Edinburgh EH16 9BQ or by telephone on 0800 151 2764 (or
+44 131 203 3419).
3. Any person (including any employee of any of the Transferors or CMIGL) who alleges
that they would be adversely affected by the carrying out of the Scheme is entitled to
be heard by the Royal Court. If you intend to appear at the hearing before the Royal
Court, you are requested, but are not required, to give notice of your intention to do so to
Mourant Ozannes no later than 20 November 2015, at the address given below.
