Advertising Format
● Advertiser-designed ads should be
250 pixels wide and no more than 200 pixels high. This is approximately the size of
a business card and will be displayed in
portrait style.
● All ads appear on a loop with other
advertisements. The ad image will change
with each page refresh. The same loop of
ads will appear on each page of Theogony.
Payment
Checks should be payable to Theogony.

Theogony will not be liable beyond the
cost of an individual ad. Theogony reserves the right to reject, edit or cancel any
advertisement at any time for any reason.
Canceled prepaid ad purchases will be refunded on a pro rata basis. Advertised
products and services are not endorsed by
the Theogony staff, adviser or the administration of T.C. Williams High School.

Q. Will I see my ad before it runs?
A. Yes. Ad proofs will be e-mailed or faxed to you for approval before publication. The ad period begins with
the date of publication.
Q. When will I be billed for my advertisement?
A. You must submit payment before your ad is published.

A. Yes. Send the e-mail to [email protected]. The best formats are JPEG or PDF files.
