The survey, conducted since 2005, is divided into Carriers and Airports. In the survey of Carriers, 60 carriers are
surveyed, of which 17 carriers are grouped in the “300,000 tons ~ 799,999 tons” category.
Forwarders around the globe evaluate the airlines from four perspectives and provide their overall evaluation.
