 You need to have a consistent and a brilliant academic record, so that you concentrate on
being a business leader rather than think of passing your basic MBA exams
 You must be one among the top 500 in Karnataka PGCET ranking
 Undergoing a fulltime MBA / PGDM program, preferably in the first year
 Committed to being a thought leader and an entrepreneur, during student days itself!

Basis of Triumvirate:
 A Business Leader is not an outcome of “one factor” called MBA degree. It is a combination
of many factors, key three being thought leadership, entrepreneurial drive
 Thought leadership (enabling FPM at IIMs)
 Dirty your hands via entrepreneurship (earn back money / build your business)
 Polishing managerial concepts (making you the desired candidate for recruiters)
 = Effective Business Leader (with multiple excellent career options opened up)
Expected outcome of Triumvirate program:
1. Thought leadership, to drastically improve one’s chance of pursuing a PhD program from
IIM Bangalore or IIM Indore, which is absolutely free!
