Homemade Lemonade Ingredients: 70-80 g of sugar – pulverized in the processor/blender 1 tray of ice cubes 2 large lemons (or a combination of other citrus fruits) washed 1000g of still or sparkling water Method: Place sugar in the bowl and pulverize until fine Add ice cubes and pulverize until fine Remove the top and bottom of each lemon and cut into quarters. Add lemon to the bowl with ¼ to ½ of the water and ‘pulse’ the processor/blender 4 – 6 times. Add the remaining water and strain the juice into a jug.
