STP 4
STP is designed for Trainees who are new to their jobs. The programs
help Trainees develop the skills and knowledge they need to meet and
maintain our high restaurant operating standards.
Each program in the STP system builds upon what was learned in the
previous program.

You must be certified in the STP program for your current position
before progressing to the next program. For example, AGM Trainees
complete STP 3 training before starting STP 4 training.

In addition, an STP 4 Trainee must meet other criteria for promotion
before starting the next STP program.
Program Prerequisites
STP 4 requires you to successfully complete STP 3 and the transition
assignments first. These program prerequisites give you the
fundamentals that are needed before you are trained on new and more
complex job skills in STP 4 modules.
