1. Both the parties are absent.
2. Respondent vide letter: dated 28-01-2014 hers stated that the Appellant has sought the
copy of saguvoli register in respect of survey No-130 of kannangala grama and the same
is not available in his qffice and accordingly the Appellant has been informed vide letter
dated 18-05-2013, it is further stated that the Commission has ordered to verify the
register for the period from 1917, but they are not available, however Jamabandi Record
foi ttre period from 1 Bc)l to 1900 have been obtained from DC office and found that it is
Ancestral Property and not the granted land and therefore the question of furnishing
Saguvoli Chit does not arise and therefore the endorsement dated 18-05-2013 issued to
the Appellant is correct.

Commission directs the Respondent to serrd a copy of the letter dated 28-01-2014
submitted to the Commission and to the Appellant also.
Commission noted the delay and directs ttre Respondent to be careful in future and
prompt in taking action on the apptication filed under the Right to Information Act'
2005.

In view of the above direction the appeal is disposed off as having been allowed'
