OK- I have deleted my deleted items and my mailbox is still full. People have called me and said
they can’t send me an email. What else can I do? Help me, please!

Dear Frustrated,
I hope to give you some good pointers so you can stop having this issue. Your deleted items
isn’t the only folder that is taking up space. People don’t always clean out their sent items folder. This
can be an issue. If you want to see how big
each of your folders are you can find this out
pretty easily.
When you are in your outlook account Rt.
Click on the mailbox.
( I am going to show you what mine looks
like. )
Click on Data File Properties and Select
Folder Size> Server Data.
You will be able to see how large each folder
is and that can give you an idea of where to
start deleting.
Another thing you can do is to archive and set up autoarchiving. I have classes for this if you would like
more assistance. Hope this is helpful.
