Setting up Restrictions
To turn off items you would like to restrict: - see Settings > General > Restrictions
choose Enable Restrictions
Create a 4 digit Passcode
Once the passcode is entered twice, you will be able to place restrictions.
turn off access to Safari®, YouTube, iTunes®, Installing Apps, Location, In-App Purchase
Also set restrictions on content (music, Movies & TV shows)
NEW in iOS 4.2 turn off the ability to delete apps
