Dear Parents, The schedule below is a guideline for rehearsals, and is subject to change. We suggest you highlight your child’s part in his/her script and check page numbers listed on rehearsal day. the night before rehearsal!!! We appreciate your efforts to remember to sign out your child! We have set up labels on the table to make sign out faster for you. Just look for a tent labeled with your child’s part. If you need to get your child to an activity after play practice and we are still rehearsing, please find the correct sign out sheet on the tables and let the adult in charge of your child’s group know you are taking your child! “Boq”, “Toq”, and “Loq” are MUNCHKINS and therefore should come to rehearsal whenever “Munchkins” are needed. If your child is a “Citizen of Oz” please note in which group ­ Group A or Group B ­ your child is. Citizens of Oz ​

. If your child is in the “CYCLONE/CROW” Group, she will need to attend a special rehearsal on Friday, February 6th. Please make note of this. Also, the “CYCLONE/CROW” Group is also referred to as the “DANCING GROUP.” Please note the dates with a “*” by them. They are NOT our usual practice days. Julie added those days in case we have a need for extra rehearsals, due to weather cancellations. Plan on your child attending rehearsal those days, unless otherwise noted. Also, please note the last week of rehearsals before the performance in March, called “Tech Week.” We require all of the cast every day ­ Monday through Thursday. There is no rehearsal Friday, the day of the performance. Children go home and will be told what time to return in the evening. As always, if you have any questions, please ask us!
