Tournament Weekend – May 30th & May 31st 2015
@ Coldharbour Football Pitch, Castle Canyke Rd, Bodmin.

Bodmin Youth FC would like to invite your teams to come and join us at our Annual Football
Tournament 2015, which will be played at Coldharbour Football Club on the dates of
May 30th & May 31st 2015.
We will have the following age groups set up to play on these dates:
Saturday 30th May - U8’s - U10’ - U12’s
Sunday 31st May - U9’s - U11’s - U13’s
All age groups will be played with 7 a-side teams with recommended of 3 Subs. Each game played
will be 6mins each way. (This will also depend on the size of the league and we aim to ensure each
player has the opportunity of a minimum 1hr playing time, but ensuring that we comply with FA
rules on playing times)
Early Entry FEE is only £20 per team if booked before March 15th 2015. Entries after this date will be
required to pay a £25 entry fee. Application form attached and final closing date is 30th April.
Each Individual player from Runner-ups and Winning Teams will receive trophies
10 prizes per winner and runner up team.
We will be organising food & refreshments which will be available all weekend. In addition to the
scheduled tournament games, there will be stalls, raffles and other activities, plus our successful
‘Penalty Shootout Competition’ which is popular with players and make a great day out for
all.
We will confirm your booking once application forms & entry fees have been received, with
any further Information being sent out 1 week prior to the tournament weekend.
All information provided will be sent to the e-mail address entered on the application form
(where applicable); otherwise they will be sent to the club secretary.
