Easy Does It
If you need to take a pill that is large or
otherwise difficult to swallow, take it with a small
spoonful of applesauce or pudding.
Read All About It
If you want to feel happier, read an adventure
story. A study found that when people read about
someone else’s awe-inspiring experience, they
felt more satisfied and less stressed than people
who were simply shown something that made
them happy.
