Welcome to the UNC Chapel Hill student sustainability survey.
This survey is being conducted by ________________________ to assess our students’ knowledge and
awareness about sustainability. This survey is entirely voluntary, and your identity will remain
anonymous. Any feedback you provide will be kept confidential and only summarized results will be
distributed.
