As the mining industry involves complex machinery, essenza has formulated a S.H.P.D diesel engine oil
called essenza powerful Ultra Fleet TD SAE 15W-40 which is formulated to meet the requirements of
modern supercharged diesel engines which operate under severe duty. The multi-grade characteristics
of the oil allows for use in both summer and winter conditions. The advanced technology of the product

HYDROe HFDU series
In certain part of the mining operation where a high degree of fire is expected, traditional
hydraulic oils may not be suitable enough. Mineral based hydraulic oils can burn very easily when
they get in touch with high temperature surfaces. It could cause fires which emit thick black
smoke. essenza HYDROe HFDU series is a line of Ester-based, water free, synthetic fire-resistant
hydraulic fluid specially designed for use in hydraulic transmission applications involving hotspots or
operating in high temperature environment, especially in mining, steel and iron making industries.
Its inherent high flash, fire, and autoignition points, contribute to its outstanding thermal stability.
Formulated with advanced Zinc-free technology, essenza HYDROe HFDU series provides excellent
wear protection and effectively avoids filter clogging problems.
GEARBOXe LL series
Mining gearboxes tend to be overloaded, which leads to overheating and excessive wear. This
often results in premature failure of the gears. essenza GEARBOXe LL series is a range of premium
high performance Extreme Pressure (EP) gear oil with long-life lubrication characteristics. It offers
outstanding protection for gears operating under severe service conditions, where high, shock loads
and low speeds are expected.
essenza GEARBOXe LL series displays strong antiwear and EP protection against micro pitting which
greatly reduces undesirable wear and scuffing caused by high and shock loads during operation.

GREASe MOLY HT 2
essenza GREASE MOLY HT 2 can be used in an operating environment involving extreme pressure,
heavy loads, high temperatures and water resistance. It is a lithium complex thickened lubricating
grease formulated with high quality mineral oil and polymers.

essenza GREASE MOLY HT 2 contains antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors, EP/AW additives and
molybdenum disulphide which makes it suitable for the mentioned operating environment. It allows
for prolonged re-lubrication intervals due to its high degree of mechanical stability.
essenza GREASe MOLY HT 2 could be used in various types of bearing applications in mining
involving heavy load conditions and wet environments across wide temperature range, up to
140°C. Extra protection comes from the molybdenum disulphide component which aids in
applications with slow moving or oscillating motions.
Fortified with special polymers, essenza GREASe MOLY HT 2 displays excellent adhesiveness to all
metal surfaces and results in enhanced water resistant properties. Its high loading capacity
protects bearings against heavy and shock loads.
