The Duo is height adjustable and uses quick
change style housings. Designed for large diameter
pipe rotation and feeding. With lock brakes on
the wheels to secure the load for marking layout
or fit-up.

DUO-stand head options
The Quick Change style roller housings increase
the versatility of the duo stand.
Roller housings can be changed in a matter of
seconds, without tools, to adapt to almost any
applications.
Roller wheels are available in steel, stainless
steel or nylon. Ball transfer heads suitable for
carbon or stainless steel pipe are also available.

QUATTRO stands
Heavy duty pipe stands for large diameter and heavy wall pipe
The Quattro Heavy Duty Pipe Stands are the
ideal solution for heavy duty pipe handling, in the
workshop or for site applications.
The Large Vee Head, heavy duty base and variety
of head options make the Quattro the most durable
and versatile pipe stand on the market.

The Quattro stand can be used as a simple jack
stand, supplied as standard with levelling pads to
accommodate uneven working surfaces. Weight
load tested to 1225kgs per stand, the Quattro
stands can also be supplied with lockable castor
wheels so pipes of up to 36” diameter and any
length can be moved around a workshop or site,
without using a crane or forklift.

UNO stands
The UNO STAND is a basic single tubed pipe stand,
simple to use and easy to set-up.
A favourite for low level work in all fab shops. Available
in 4 standard heights from 7” (18cm) to 28” (72cm).
Optional roller heads from the Tri-Stand series can

A simple but effective solution to small bore pipe handling in the field
Optimised Base For More Working Area – Benders are located
at the rear of the base and three tool hangers are provided.

Roller stands
Heavy duty low level stands for pipe feeding
These Pipe Support Rollers have been specially
designed to combat the problems of handling
pipes during jointing and installation. They greatly
reduce the chances of pipe damage as a result
of the pipe being trailed along the ground and
keep pipe drag to a minimum.

steel frame.

Three sizes are currently available; Standard for
pipes from 63mm to 355mm, Medium 250mm to
630mm and Large 500mm to 1200mm.
In-Trench Roller
Utilising the same design of ‘Vee’ formation
rubber coated rollers as the Free Standing Roller,
the In-Trench Roller is mounted on a trench brace
that is adjustable from 0.5 metre to 0.9 metre
width. Extensions are available to accommodate
wider excavations. The In-Trench Roller can be
positioned at any angle or point on the brace to
enable the pipe to be guided in a trench for all
insertion techniques.
The In-Trench Roller is available in to suit pipes in
the size range 63mm to 355mm.




pipe buggies
Steerable and fixed wheel carts for pipe transporation
Pipe Buggies are the safe and easy way of moving pipe
around the job site with minimum use of manpower and
machinery, whilst avoiding any damage to the pipe as a
result of it being dragged along the ground.
Ideally suited for use with larger sizes of pipes and
designed to be operated by one person. Two styles are
available;
The steerable model – designed to be located at the
front of the pipe and also used to pull the pipe.
The fixed wheel model – which is designed to be located
along the pipe length.
Pipe buggies can also be used to transport PE, plastic
and fibreglass pipes with the same ease.
Each Buggy is fitted with a ratchet strap, which is used to
secure the pipe onto the Buggy for stability and safety.
Three models are available. One for pipes up to 355mm
diameter (14”), one for 250mm to 800mm (10” to 32”)
and one for pipes from 500mm to 1200mm (20”- 40”)
diameter.
All models are designed and constructed to work and
last in the arduous conditions encountered in the
pipework industries.
