Four Little Astronauts
Four little astronauts winking at me,
One blasts off, now there are three.
Three little astronauts with nothing to do,
One blasts off, now there are two.
Two little astronauts afraid of the Sun,
One blasts off, now there is one.
One little astronaut alone is no fun,
He blasts off, now there are none.

I have landed on the moon,
and I may return there soon
With a space station that will help me dock it!

I took pictures of the stars
And the craters found on Mars,
And I brought home some moon rocks In my pocket!

Climb aboard the shuttle,
We're going to the moon.
Hurry and get ready,
We're going to blast off soon.
Put on your helmets,
And buckle up real tight.
Here comes the countdown,
Let's count with all our might.

I'm a little rocket
pointing at the moon.
Now I'm getting fueled up
We'll be ready soon.
When it's time to board me,
then I’ll say
Blast off! Zoom!
And we're on our way!
Jump up and shout!
How to make your cardboard tube astronaut:
(Grown up help is needed)
1. Color and cut out the astronaut pieces.
2. Glue the large rectangular piece on first to
cover the tube.
3. Glue the thin strip around the middle as a belt.
4. Glue the oxygen tank onto the back
Your astronaut is ready for take off!
