The Fat Radish Farm/Liberty Poultry -Zebulon, NC - Farmer Hayes Lindsey’s great, great
grandfather Charles David Beddingfield started farming north of Zebulon, North Carolina in the
late 1800's. The next two generations continued farming; practicing methods passed down from
previous generations. The farm was briefly leased out to local farmers, until Hayes moved to the
farm in 2010 with the intentions of continuing the family farm. Only this time, practicing strict
regenerative method that are beneficial to plants, animal, people and the land. The Fat Radish
and Liberty Poultry provide vegetables and herbs grown on land naturally till fertilized by
chickens, free of pesticides and herbicides and free range chickens and eggs.

varieties, and also offering lip balm, body butter, and some unique specialty soaps specifically
made for the market.
Brantley’s Home Nursery – Middlesex, NC – Family owned and operated nursery offering

Sprout’s Gift and Botanicals – Zebulon, NC- Locally made and handcrafted blended oils, body
washes and scrubs. This local mother of four began making her body care products because of
her daughter’s allergies and super sensitive skin. She has really enjoyed creating these skin care
products and it has opened her eyes to a new holistic way of living. Using herbs in her products
is fun and helps to keep her centered. She hopes to pass on some of that peace and knowledge to
others.
Baxter’s Bees – Zebulon, NC – Baxter’s Bees is a family-owned business dedicated to saving the
world through restoring the honeybee population one hive at a time. This locally owned small
business offers local honey, soap, lotion, body butters, beeswax, propolis, pollen, lip balm and
lotion bars.

and orangeades.
Martha’s Kitchen – Knightdale, NC – Mrs. Martha specializes in homemade baked goods as well
as homemade canned goods. Pecan and fruit pies, cheese straws, candy, cakes, brownies,
cookies, bread, pickles, jams, jellies, relish, pickled vegetables are just a few of the items make
by Mrs. Martha.

Rob’s Fresh Produce – Bailey, NC - Rob Glover, owner of Rob’s Fresh Produce, is a native of
Bailey, NC who has worked on his family farm raising sweet potatoes, soy beans, and cotton
since a very young age. Rob decided to diversify his operation in 2003 by raising and selling
fresh produce and working with Community Supported Agriculture. Rob has a passion to
provide the community with safe, fresh, and local produce.
Purified Auras – Zebulon, NC – This local soap vendor uses only essential oils, and herbs to
create all natural soaps, aromatherapy sprays, wax melts, and bath fizzies. Her products are
handmade and contain NO artificial colorants, or fragrances.

Cooterville Farms – Garner, NC – Farmer Tamryn Coots moved to North Carolina in high school
and attended North Carolina State University. Once her education was completed, Tamryn
worked for several years as a veterinary technician. After some health issues, Tamryn decided
she wanted to eat healthier and know where her food came from. With her background, it was a
logical move to start farming. In 2011 Farmer Tamryn started farming full time.
Fabled Treasures/Carolina Packhouse - Middlesex, NC – Revka Sterns is an artisan jewelry
designer who captures stories in metal. Her husband Robert constructs handcrafted tobacco stick
flags.
