to the madcap world of King Julien’s Madagascar. Filled with outlandish characters, adventure galore and
an upbeat score, Madagascar will leave audiences with no choice but to “Move It, Move It!”. Alex the lion

Bullfrog Productions was formed in 2005 by a creative team of talented professionals whose aim is to provide first
class theatre productions in the South East. The company has two main aims – one to provide musical theatre
opportunities for its Youth Group and two to produce professional shows which utilise the talents of its creative team of
experienced Actors, Directors, Choreographers, and Musical Directors.
Past productions include, Les Miserables, HONK Jr, West Side Story, Oklahoma, Peter Pan, Annie, Rent, Beauty &
The Beast, Footloose, Fame, Cinderella, We Will Rock You, Cats You and many more…
The Youth Group has grown considerably since those early days having based itself firstly in East Grinstead at the
Chequer Mead Theatre, a year later the re-opening of The Stag Theatre provided a perfect venue for the formation of
a second school in Sevenoaks which rehearses at Sawmills Studios, Brasted and performs at The Stag Theatre.
The emphasis for this creative young group is “performance” and therefore its weekly rehearsals always culminate in a
classic musical theatre show. The Youth Group aims to provide opportunities for all ages (from 3 to 25 years) the
productions are often tailored to suit all different age groups,. The three disciplines of dance, drama and singing,
necessary for a successful production, are not taught by class, but by the experience of working alongside talented,
creative teachers and producing a final quality show.
