A parcel of land lying and situated in Sections 1 and 12, Township 8 North, Range 2 East,
and Section 7, Township 8 North, Range 3 East, and Section 36, Township 9 North,
Range 2 East, Madison County, Mississippi, more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the center of Section 12, Township 8 North, Range 2 East, said point being on
the existing boundary of the Bear Creek Water Association certificated water service area,
and run thence,
North, along the westerly line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 12 and along the
existing boundary of the Bear Creek Water Association certificated water service area, for
a distance of one-half mile to the northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section
12; thence,
North, along the westerly line of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 8 North,
Range 2 East and along the existing boundary of the Bear Creek Water Association
certificated water service area, for a distance of one-fourth mile to the southeast corner of
the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 1; thence,
West, along the southerly line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 1
and along the existing boundary of the Bear Creek Water Association certificated water
service area, for a distance of one-fourth mile to the southwest corner of the Northeast 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 1; thence

service area for a distance of one-fourth mile to the northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4
