Netball Club/Team, herewith advise we have read the Administration Pack for 2016, and agree for our teams to abide by the Association's Constitution
and By-Laws and Netball Victoria Competition Regulations & Codes of Conduct for this coming year, we also agree to play at any time slot or venue fixtured for
for the year. We further understand that re grading may/may not occur, and that our ladder position at the end of the previous season will determine
our fixtured position. We know that the enticing of players to other Associations or Clubs not associated with Banyule Netball
by any member of our club or team is unacceptable, and if found to be happening within a BDNA run competition the relevant member, of our club or team will be
asked to leave the stadium by the Association staff/Board, and will also have to show cause to the committee as to why they should not be barred from
any competition run by BDNA within the stadium in future seasons.
