2 California ("CFD 1990-1") hereby submits this "Errata" to correct the inadvertent error stated in
3 the calculation of the voting percentages contained in the summary of voting results table in the
4 Declaration of Debra A. Riley Regarding Tabulation and Certification of Ballots Voting to
5 Accept and Reject the Amended Plan for Adjustment of Debts Dated September 9, 2015 of the
6 Community Facilities District 1990-1 (Wildwood Estates), Nevada County, California ("Riley
7 Declaration") (Dkt. No. 120) and the Supplemental Memorandum of Law in Support of
8 Confirmation of the Amended Plan of Adjustment of Debts of Community Facilities District
9 No. 1990-1 (Wildwood Estates), Nevada County, California, dated September 9, 2015
10 ("Supplemental Confirmation Memorandum") (Dkt. No. 123).
On page 3 of both the Riley Declaration and the Supplemental Confirmation

12 Memorandum, CFD 1990-1 included a table summarizing the voting results. In that table, the
13 Percentage for Class 1 No Votes was reported as .4%, rather than the correct percentage of 4.4%.
