All horses, round pen and training equipment can be provided. Spectators & participants have the option to use their own horses, livery
can be arranged by separate negotiation (unless at owner’s premises/livery). All participating students are required to wear a hard safety
helmet conforming to current safety standards.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required in order to secure your place on the course. The remainder of the course fee is due prior
to the start of the course. If you are unable to attend the class for any reason, this deposit can be applied to any other course of your
choice, within the next year. We recommend that students insure themselves against loss of fees due to cancellation or early termination
of course.

STUDENT CONFIRMATION
The student agrees to take responsibility for any damage incurred as a result of their actions or their horse’s.
Whilst every precaution will be taken to ensure safety, riding and working with horses is recognised as a potentially dangerous sport/
activity, with the risk of injury. Students will be provided with safety rules and are required to read and adhere to the safety rules
throughout the course. Failure to comply with the safety rules will result in removal from the course and disentitlement of full or partial
refund of the course fees.
