Career Summary
Mr. Hahn is an Associate Director in the Dallas office of HFF with more than six years of
experience in commercial real estate and finance. His primary focus is providing investment
services to clients within secondary markets in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and
New Mexico.
He is responsible for business development, investment advising,
underwriting of investment transactions and marketing for multi-housing dispositions and
joint venture opportunities.
Mr. Hahn joined HFF in July 2016. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Transaction Manager
at ARA Newmark, formerly Apartment Realty Advisors, where he focused on multi-housing
in secondary markets, as well as the Dallas/Fort Worth area. While there, Mr. Hahn was
involved in more than $2 billion in sales volume. He began his career as a Financial Analyst
with ARA Newmark.
