showcased from September 9 - 12, 2013, at the Sydney Exhibition Centre. (More info at : www.finefood.com.au )
Pacific Islands Trade & Invest and SPC has booked a stand with room for 11 Pacific Island exporters. This form is your way of expressing
your interest in being part of our program. Please complete all sections of this form in order to be considered for participation at the
PT&I /SPC stand at Fine Food Australia 2013.

Responsibilities of attendees:
Pacific Islands Trade & Invest and SPC will meet the trade show exhibition stand costs. Successful applicants will be required to
meet their return airfare to Australia, accommodation, meals and other incidental costs while in Australia for the Fine Food show.
Participants will be required, via survey, to provide feedback on the exhibition and report on sales generated on completion (all
information is treated in ‘commercial confidence’ and only utilised in the preparation of our internal reporting unless agreed otherwise).

Please note that PT&I can provide you with a letter of support to your local funding agencies.

Additional Event
In addition to Fine Food Australia, if there is enough interest, PT&I in conjunction with SPC will host a 1 day market tour to several
Australian supermarkets and other related companies. Also a 1 day branding / marketing workshop is proposed, please indicate below
if you would like to attend either of these events.

Additional Charges
Some costs you will need to consider include:
• Certification to provide samples for tasting at the event (Approx AUD $200)
• Compulsory Public Liability Insurance (Approx AUD $150) - Alternatively supply your own Public Liability Certificate at no
further cost.
• Inclusion into the new products showcase by Fine Food Australia (Approx AUD $200)
