Associates. Since that time she has seen the merger of LMS and PLS to form Capstone Logistics and our Associate count grow from 200
to over 6,500. During her time with Capstone, Sally was promoted to HR Manager when the decision was made to bring all HR
functions into the organization rather than outsourcing. Sally continues to be a valuable asset to those in the field and in the corporate
office. When asked what the most rewarding part of being a part of Capstone she stated “The most rewarding thing about being here
for 15 years is looking back at where we were and seeing the positive changes that we have made.”

Charles joined Labor Management Services (now Capstone Logistics) in October 1999. Charles has been an OpEx Manager and involved
with Safety, Training, Special Projects and Startups for most of his career. If you could think of one word that best describes Charles it
would be “Teacher”. Charles has a great passion for training and developing associates. When Charles comes to your location for a
startup, audit or training, everyone in that location is going to learn and take away something that will make them a better Capstone
Associate. He understands how to communicate with everyone whether they are an unloader, manager, director or one of our
partners. When you walk away from a conversation with Charles you will take away something positive that will influence you and the
way you think about Safety or your position in the company.

Correcting Your Peers – Safety Tips!
Here at CAPSTONE we must work as a team. In order for our sites to be successful and safe we must work together to make each and every location
safer. In order for this to happen we must let each other know when we are not performing in a safe manner. Speaking up could prevent a serious
injury!

6.
If you see one of your peers doing something that is a violation of a safety rule, let them know. Do this professionally and with respect.
If one of your teammates informs you of an unsafe act, correct what you are doing and DO NOT hold it against your teammate. They are
trying to prevent you from getting hurt or possibly damaging equipment or product.
If you see that a peer continues to perform unsafe acts let your manager know immediately.
Remember our safety is influenced by those around us. We need to work together to take care of each other.
We are responsible for our own safety as well as those around us.
Safety is a team effort! We must all work safely together!
