COMPLETE HOLIDAY DINNER HEATING INSTRUCTIONS Back to Basics… Our Spiral Hams are fully cooked and ready to be glazed and reheated straight to your table. Our Oven Roasted Turkeys are pre-baked to retain their moisture and save you time. All that’s left is to finish the browning process, as little or as much as you like, and your turkey will be golden brown on the outside, and pink and juicy on the inside. All of our ham and turkey dinners are ready for you to reheat and serve. Our side dishes are prepared and hand packed in-store the old fashioned way to ensure freshness and the local flavors you love. Reheating Instructions…. On the reverse side of this sheet you will find heating instructions to prepare your turkey or ham dinner. Please pay attention to the time you will need to preheat and reheat your ham or turkey. All ovens do not heat the same, so please check your turkey or ham at 45 minutes to be sure it has warmed to the correct internal temperature. If it has not, please check every five (5) minutes until it reaches the correct internal temperature. SIDE DISHES: Our containers are suitable (ONLY) for oven use. All sides can be heated in a conventional oven to desired temperature. You must remove the top on the container before placing in oven. DINNER ROLLS: A dozen of our Rouses Brown and Serve Rolls can be slightly warmed as desired. APPLE OR PUMPKIN PIE- The Apple or Pumpkin pie is fully cooked and can be warmed in the oven at 250 degrees (to prevent scorching) and preserve flavor. OVEN ROASTED TURKEY FRIED TURKEY Your turkey has been baked in a cooking bag to retain moisture. All that’s left to do is finish the browning process, which makes it easy and ready to reheat and serve. Please Note: Your turkey may have a PINK appearance and texture on the inside because of naturally occurring nitrates. Heating in Conventional Oven: PREHAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. If your turkey is in a bag, please remove the bag and place turkey back in the pan. Be careful of any juices that may be in bag. Place foil on top of the turkey and place in the oven. Warm turkey for approximately 60-90 minutes. Check turkey at 60 minutes for 165 degrees internal temperature. If 165 degrees has not been reached, keep checking every five (5) minutes. Carefully, remove turkey from oven when done. Let stand 15 minutes before carving. Your turkey has been injected with a Cajun marinade and deep fried. All that’s left to do is finish the browning process, which makes it easy and ready to reheat and serve. Please Note: Your turkey will be flavorful but no spicy. Heating in Conventional Oven: PREHAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. If your turkey is in a bag, please remove the bag and place turkey back in the pan. Be careful of any juices that may be in bag. Place foil on top of the turkey and place in the oven Warm turkey for approximately 60-90 minutes Check turkey at 60 minutes for 165 degrees internal temperature If 165 degrees has not been reached, keep checking every five (5) minutes. Carefully, remove turkey from oven when done. Let stand 15 before carving. BONE- IN TURKEY BREAST SPIRAL SLICED HAM Your turkey breast has been prepared to retain moisture. All is left to do, is the browning process. To brown your turkey breast: PREHEAT YOUR CONVENTIONAL OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. Place turkey breast in a roasting pan. NOTE: Pan must be at least 4 inches deep. Cover with foil. Vent foil with 2 small punctures at either end of your pan. Place in Preheated Oven. Warm turkey for approximately 60-90 minutes. Check turkey at 60 minutes with a stem thermometer to ensure a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees. If 165 degrees has not been reached, check in ten (10) minutes interval until temperature is reached. Carefully, remove turkey breast from oven when done. Let stand 15 minutes before carving. Your spiral ham is fully cooked and ready to reheat and serve. Heating Conventional Oven: PREHAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES. If your ham is in a bag, please remove bag and place ham back in the pan, top with glaze, and cover with foil. Warm ham for approximately 30-35 minutes. Check ham at 30 minutes for 165 degrees internal temperature. If 165 degrees has not been reached, keep checking every 5 minutes. Carefully, remove ham from oven when done. Let stand 10 minutes before carving. NOTE: To make sure the ham is completely warmed, place a thermometer into the center of the ham. The temperature should read 165 degrees when the center is warmed enough to eat. NOTE: DO NOT ALLOW TURKEY OR TURKEY BREAST TO REACH ROOM TEMPERATURE PRIOR TO SERVING.
