1 cup brown sugar

Beat softened cream cheese, sugar and Simple
Indulgence™ White Chocolate Amaretto Dessert Blend
in a Thatsa® Bowl (page 9) with an electric mixer until well
blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Pour over crust.
With Twistable™ Peeler (page 17), slide blade over outer
edge of chocolate bar to make chocolate curls. Garnish
pie with curls and shavings. Chill in refrigerator at least 3
hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
Preheat oven to 350°F/175ºC. Toss drained apple slices
and cranberries with Simple Indulgence™ CranberryPomegranate Dessert Blend in a Prep Essentials™
Mix-N-Stor® Plus Pitcher (page 8). In an ungreased, 8-inch
square baking pan, mix flour, sugar, salt and chopped
nuts with a fork. Stir in apple slices and oil with a Saucy
Silicone Spatula (page 8) until blended. Bake 35-37
minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Remove from oven and cool slightly before cutting.
Variation: Substitute whole wheat flour for self-rising flour,
1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 cup low-calorie brown sugar
baking blend for brown sugar and add 1/2 cup oatmeal.

2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup red or white onions, chopped
3 tbsp. basil, chopped
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
Cut zucchini into 1/8" slices. In Chef Series™ 91/2"/24 cm
Covered Nonstick Fry Pan (page 17) over medium
heat, melt butter and add zucchini, onion and Simple
Indulgence™ Italian Herb. Toss to coat well. Sauté until
vegetables begin to soften (about 5 minutes). Add
sun-dried tomatoes, Simple Indulgence™ Simply Garlic and
sauté for 1 minute. Remove from heat. In a Quick Shake®
Container (page 13), add eggs, cover and shake well to
blend. Pour over vegetables in fry pan and sprinkle cheese
on top. Return to stove, shaking pan to level ingredients.
Cook on low heat until eggs are set (about 5 minutes).
Invert a large plate over pan. Flip the pan and plate, then
slide the frittata cooked-side up back into the pan. Return
to low and cook until lightly browned (about 5 minutes).

Preheat oven to 350°F/175ºC. In a Mix-N-Stor® Plus
Pitcher (page 8), whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda,
salt, sugar and Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla.
Measure oil, eggs and buttermilk in a Quick Shake®
Container (page 13); replace seal and shake well to mix.
Add to flour mixture and blend in carrots with Saucy
Silicone Spatula (page 8) until well combined.
In a Chef Series™ 4 Qt./4 L Sauce Pan (page 17); heat 1
tbsp. of oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic sautéing
until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and place vegetables in Quick Chef
(page 13) with blade attachment. Cover and process until
finely chopped. Return vegetables to saucepan, add broth
and Simple Indulgence™ Southwest Chipotle, cover and
simmer for 30 minutes over medium to low heat.

Tortilla Soup
Serves 4
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 can (141/2 oz.) fire roasted tomatoes, drained
1 carton (32 oz.) chicken broth
1 tbsp. Simple Indulgence™ Southwest Chipotle
Slice tortillas into thin strips and cut in half. Heat 1/3 cup
vegetable oil in a Chef Series™ 8"/20 cm Open Nonstick
Fry Pan (page 16) over medium-high heat; add tortillas to
oil, frying until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Ladle soup into
bowls. Top with tortilla strips, 1 tbsp. of cheese, slices of
avocado, and a squeeze of lime juice.
Place loaf on baking sheet; rub with olive oil and sprinkle with
1 tsp. Simple Indulgence™ Italian Herb. Bake according to
package directions or use a pre-baked French bread
baguette. Combine cherry tomatoes, onion, basil,
balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic in bowl;
season with 1 tsp. of Simple Indulgence™ Italian Herb, salt
and pepper. Cover and let stand at room temperature.
Preheat broiler. Cut baguette in half lengthwise and place
on baking sheet. Top with tomato mixture and sprinkle
with cheese. Broil about 2 minutes until cheese melts and
bread is toasted. Cut each half into 4-5 pieces.
Divide batter among muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.
Bake until golden brown or until a toothpick inserted into
center of cupcake comes out clean, 20-25 minutes.
Transfer cupcakes to a wire rack to cool completely before
frosting with prepared cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle
additional Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla over
frosted cupcakes. Store in refrigerator.
