Place Orange "Regulated Animal" label on cage card at time of dosing. All dosed animals are regulated for life, even if separated/transferred to
another cage.
SHARPS:Used syringes with fluid drug/compound/chemical in the barrel go to the lab's SAA sharps container.
Follow standard vivarium practices
Leftover drug/compound/chemical: All neat (non-diluted) drugs, solutions and dilutions will be taken back to lab and disposed of as
Chemical Hazardous Waste in appropriate labeled containers in the lab SAA.
BEDDING:
Animal Care Technicians change bedding into the regular bedding disposal system.
Collect into GREEN waste stream for disposal by EHS.
DRINKING WATER (administered by Water Bottle):

"RADIOACTIVE WASTE": PURPLE bag, EHS picks up.
