The MAXPRO NVR SE unit is now ready for configuration. Proceed to Configuring a
New Video Storage Hard Drive.
Configuring a New Video Storage Hard Drive
The procedure for configuring a new video storage hard drive depends on the software
version running on your MAXPRO NVR SE.
•
•
Versions v1.0.0.15 and later support spanned volumes and simple volumes. See
Disk Management for MAXPRO NVR SE v1.0.0.15 or Later for the procedure.
Versions v1.0.0.10 and v1.0.0.11 only support spanned volumes. See Disk
Management for MAXPRO NVR SE v1.0.0.10 and v1.0.0.11 for the procedure.
Note
If your MAXPRO NVR SE is running v1.0.0.10 or v1.0.0.11, Honeywell
recommends that you upgrade your software to the latest version and use
simple volumes for any new drives added. Existing spanned volumes must
remain spanned to retain stored video.
