Vision Theatre Renovation
Purpose
In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (found under 24CFR
Parts 91.105 and 91.505), and our Community Participation Plan, the City
of Los Angeles is required to provide citizens with an opportunity to
comment on all proposed Substantial Amendments to its Housing and
Community Development Consolidated Plan.
Proposed Changes
The purpose of this substantial amendment is to reprogram $775,835 of
unused CDBG funds from the Lincoln Pool & Bathhouse, a recreational
facility improvement project, to the Vision Theatre Renovation, a
neighborhood facility improvement project.
Project Locations
The Vision Theatre Renovation project is located at 3341 West 43rd Place,
Los Angeles, 90008; the Lincoln Pool & Bathhouse project is located at
3501 East Valley Boulevard, Los Angeles, 90031.
Comment Period
HCIDLA will receive public comment on the proposed amendment between
June 25, 2014 and July 25, 2014.
