Yes, Telstra customers will have access to a 48 hour pre-sale from 12pm Thursday 29th May until 12pm
Saturday 31st May local time in each state*. Telstra customers will need to pre-register their interest at
www.telstra.com/music and will require a unique password provided by Telstra to purchase tickets during
the pre-sale. Please note ticket prices for this pre-sale will include a Priority Access fee of $12.50 per ticket.
Ticketek Agencies will not be selling tickets for the pre-sale. A pre-sale is an opportunity to secure tickets
prior to the public, not a preferential seating service. *Or until pre-sale allocation is sold out.

Please note that you will be contacted by Nine Live via email approximately two weeks prior to the concert
date with event details about your package. Information will be sent to the email you have provided at the
time of purchase. If you do not receive an email a few days prior to the concert please contact
[email protected]. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated
parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of
purchase which may result in undelivered tickets.
All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. NO REFUNDS will be given under any
circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation. NO NAME CHANGES will be
permitted under any circumstances. The promoter may vary and/or substitute any of the package inclusions,
in its sole discretion. Collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorise access into
the venue or backstage areas. Meet and greets will not be included in any package.

What do I need to do to ensure I’m ready for the general public on sale?

How much are tickets sold via Ticketek during the General Public Sale?
Hot Ticket – $299.00* Includes a reserved seat ticket with one of the closest views to the main stage and B
stage. The package includes your ticket, a 1D wrist watch with pouch, a laminate card and lanyard.

* A one-off service/delivery fee from $5.25 per transaction applies on all purchases. The actual

How many tickets can I purchase during general public on sale?
A maximum of 8 tickets may be purchased per person or credit card. Once a credit/debit card has been
used to purchase eight (8) tickets, the same card cannot be used in any additional transactions for this
event. If any multiple bookings are detected, the additional transactions will be cancelled.

Why is there a ticket limit?
A ticket limit has been applied to ensure that there is fair access for One Direction fans and as a measure
to minimise ticket scalping.

When will tickets be delivered or available for collection?
All tickets, including the Hot Ticket and Catwalk package tickets for the One Direction tour purchased online
during the pre-sale will be held back from your chosen delivery or collection method until after 4pm,
Saturday 31 May.
For customers who select Venue/City Box Office Collection, your tickets will be available for collection from
4pm Saturday 31 May. Please check back on Sat 31 May for a full list of Pre-paid Collection Outlets.
Customers who select to have tickets delivered by mail, you should expect to receive your tickets by 30th
June.
Customers who purchase either the Hot Ticket or Catwalk Package will be contacted by Nine Li ve via email

How long do I have to complete my transaction on the Ticketek website and the Ticketek Mobile site?
You will have 15 minutes to complete your transaction. A timer at the base of your screen will let you
know how much time you have remaining. If your session time expires, you will receive a notification and
your tickets will be released back for sale. If this happens, you will need to access the site again so best to
ensure you have all relevant details prepared before accessing the site, as the time limit will begin as soon
as you enter www.ticketek.com.au.

I’m trying to enter ticketek.com.au and I’m getting a screen saying I’ve been placed in a queue. What does
this mean?
For popular shows like One Direction, Ticketek anticipates that there will be massive demand for tickets, and
traffic to www.ticketek.com.au is likely to approach capacity. If this capacity is reached, you may be directed
to a holding webpage where you will be placed in a queue until other customers leave the Ticketek website.
Please be patient while you are holding, as soon as transacting customers complete their ticket purchase
and leave the site, new customers will be let in.

Can I select my seats?
The Ticketek website works on a "best available" seating system. This means that at the time you make
your ticket request, the best available seats will be offered to you.
If you are booking via the Ticketek Call Centre or a Ticketek agency, subject to availability and demand,
you can request a specific seating location. However, as demand for tickets is expected to be very high, it
is unlikely that you will obtain the specific seating that you request. We recommend that you ask for a
best available ticket offer.

Will there be a standing area?
No – all tickets will be allocated seating, including the field area. Please be aware patrons sitting in the
field sections may stand during the performance. At times the performing artist may encourage the
audience to stand.

What happens if it rains, can I bring an umbrella?
The concert will proceed rain or shine. Umbrellas are not prohibited to be used whilst within the venue.
In the event of adverse weather conditions we would advise bringing a raincoat or disposable poncho.

Are there any age restrictions at One Direction 2015 concerts?
Yes, in some locations. The below age restrictions have been advised by each of the venues, any queries

adult.
Persons under the age of 12 must be under the direct supervision of an
adult at all times.
All minors under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by a parent

I bought my ticket from a non-authorised ticketing seller/scalper. Will my ticket be valid for the show?
The selling of tickets via non-authorised sellers is a breach of the conditions of sale of that ticket and those
doing so are knowingly breaching this policy. The promoter and the venue have the right to refuse your
entry. Buying tickets from non-authorised sellers is an enormous risk, as the buyer frequently has no
security or avenues of recourse if a tour is postponed or cancelled.
We are aware that some people sell tickets on eBay & other online auction sites. Ticketek cannot
guarantee that these tickets are legitimate, nor can we guarantee that they have not been cancelled.
Ticketek recommend that you do not buy tickets from unauthorised sellers.

I’ve lost my ticket! Can I replace it?
Yes. The person who made the booking with Ticketek will need to contact us on 132 849 to
organise replacement tickets to be collected at the event.

I’ve damaged my ticket/ it has faded over time and it’s no longer readable, do I need to replace it?
Your tickets will remain valid for the appropriate concert date. Tickets that have been damaged can
be replaced at the event. If unsure, please have the original ticket purchaser contact Ticketek on

My ticket has been stolen, what can I do?
The original purchaser who made the booking with Ticketek should contact us on 132 849 to
organise replacement tickets to be collected at the event.

Who are the support acts and what time will the concerts start?
The start time will be as printed on your ticket. Support acts will be announced closer to the performance
dates. You should also check www.ticketek.com.au for any updates on show and gate opening times closer
to the show date.

If you have special seating requirements such as wheelchair access, hearing difficulties or you require companion

Suncorp Stadium has a limited number of parking spaces adjacent to the stadium for patrons with Blue Disability
Parking Permits or the Australian Disabilities Parking Scheme permits. These can be booked directly with the
stadium on (07) 3331 5000. You will require your vehicle and contact details as well as your permit number.
Once these spaces are filled, the venue cannot accept any more bookings however there are drop off points
adjacent to the venue for patrons with disabilities.
