Hotel & Conference Reservations & Information
As a reminder, it is important that you meet the deadline of September 20, 2016 for both Conference
Registration and Hotel Registration, as registration after this time cannot guarantee conference or
hotel accommodations.
Croatia Travel Visas
In most cases, the only form of ID required is a valid passport, but please check the Croatian Ministry of
Foreign Affairs’ website for visa requirements for Croatia.

Check-in time is 2 pm; Check-out time is 12 noon
Early check-in or Late Check out can be guaranteed upon request and availability of the Hotel at the
additional charge of 50% of the room rate.
Getting to the Sun Gardens Dubrovnik, Radisson Blu Resort & Spa
Dubrovnik International Airport is 35 kilometers (35 minutes) from the hotel. Pick-up service can be
arranged with the hotel. Taxi service is also available at a price of approximately 300 kuna (USD 45).
Forum Badges
Badges will be available for collection at the Welcome Reception preceding each conference as well as
the start of each conference day. Attendee Badges will be required to be worn at all times during the
Forums, at lunches and breaks and at any functions and events.
Conference Material will be accessible via the Pratt & Whitney FleetCare Portal prior to the start of
each conference. Please plan accordingly.
Attire
Business casual dress is acceptable for all Forum sessions. Jackets/coats/ties are not required but please
no jeans or shorts. Business casual attire is acceptable for the dinner event on Tuesday evening,
October 25.
Food and Beverages
Breakfast is included in the guest’s room rate. Lunch and break refreshments will be provided each day
of the conference.
Delegate/Spouse / Guest Program
Pratt & Whitney/IAE will not be offering a spouse program. Spouses who do attend may work directly
with the hotel concierge to plan activities. Complimentary badges will be provided to our Customer
spouses for admittance into the Pratt & Whitney/IAE sponsored events. However, a $250 fee applies
for all Vendor & Supplier spouses.

Weather The temperatures in Dubrovnik during October range from a low of 13° C (55°F) to a high of
24°C (75° F). Average temperature is 14°C (57°F).
Currency Croatia hopes to join the euro in 2019, but until then the national currency is the kuna, with
one kuna equal to 100 lipas. You can exchange money at any of the country’s banks, bureaux de
change, post offices and at almost all travel agents and hotels. The majority of establishments and
ATMs will also accept major credit cards.
