To consider and decide on proposals where there are no
discrepancies.
The Samiti considered the proposals of the following Colleges/Institutes for
finaliza,tion of fee structure for the students who joined the course started during
Academic Year 2014-15. After deliberations, The Samiti decides to approve the final
fee structure of the following Colleges/Institutes for the students who joined the
course
started
during
Academic
Year
2014-15,
subject
to
final
approval/afiliation/permissions from respective Authorities. Figures are arrived at
after considering the calculations drawn in the worksheet - calculation sheets of the
respective colleges/institutes prepared by a Chartered Accountant. The students
admitted in Acaderr~icYear 2014-15 and there after continuing their studies will pay
an enhanced fee of 5% each successive year as per the norms for 2014-15 till
completion of the course. For example if the fee approved is Rs. 1,00,000/- then from
11" years onward till completion of the course i.e. say 11, I11 and IV year the fees will
be Rs. 1,05,000/- per @. I n case the students take V th years for completing the

It is a letter dated 3/6/2014 calling upon the Samiti to change the norms
settled for 2014-15 courses. Infact Open hearing was held on 19/3/2014 in which
Colleges/Association/Students and Parents were invited, but this Association was not
present. Further chance was also given to submit written suggestions for changing
the norms till the end of March 2014 as per our resolution 25/2/2014 in Item No. 6.
Now the Norms are settled. Even proposals are received on that basis. Therefore it is
not possible to change the norms and to take into consideration this letter. Hence
noted.

There are 5 replies received from different failed students to the submission
made by the YMT Dental College and Hospital dated 19/3/2014. I t is first contended
by the students that they have not received the copy of the time table regarding
practicals and lectures . I t is not necessary that a student should be given a copy of
the time table regarding practicals and lectures. The students are supposed to see the
notice board. We call upon the Institute to submit to us a copy of the notice put up
on the board of the time table for practicals and the lectures.
The 2" point refers to non refund of Hostel deposit. I t is pointed out by the
Institute that Hostel deposit is to be adjusted with the tuition fees for their
convenience. There is nothing wrong in this. Office to communicate this to the college
and seek the reply. To be put up thereafter.
Item No.6:

To consider the report received from MIS. P.V. Pase and Co.,
Chartered Accountants related to Internal Audit of
Financial Year 2012-13.
It is stated on behalf of the Office that Partner of M/s. Page and Co.,
Chartered Accountants is coming to sign the accounts for 2012-13. Hence no further
comments are required.
Item No. 7:
Anv other matter with the permission of the Chair.
For all Institutes it is mandatory to submit their proposal on- line. This is apart
from submission of hard copy (the print out of the online submission) thereof.
Time is extended upto 31/7/2014 without penalty.
