Demand Response Scheme Outline
• Receive €30,000-€45,000/MW/year
• Maximum number of events/time per Event.
• Opt-out at 24 hours notice
• 30 minutes response time
• Penalties for non-performance cannot exceed
payments due to participants
Demand Response Options at Sites
Option I: Direct Load Reduction of Nominated Plant Items
(i.e. Motors, Compressors, Pumps, Chillers, AHU,
Production Plant etc.)
Option II: Use of on-site Back-Up Gensets
(Typically synchronized Gensets are used to avoid
interruption of Site Operations)
Option III: Combination of Options I & II
