Free entry for licensed athletes 65 years or older. Pre-entries close on 2 December 2015 at Brian Bands, Brocketts, Action Sports Summerstrand and Humewood. Registration and late entries at the NG Kerk Lorraine, Marne Avenue, Lorraine from 17h00 to 20h00 on 4 December 2015 and from 04h00 on 5 December 2015. Official 2015 Licence Number to be worn on the back, Official Race Number on the front. Non-registered runners will receive one Temporary Licence Number, to be worn on the back of their running vest or T-shirt, with Official Race Number on the front. Temporary licenses are available at R30.00 each. Age category identification tags to be worn on front and back of running vest to be eligible for prizes. Race run in accordance with ASA and EPA rules. Toilet facilities available at finish. Portable Toilets will be available at certain points along the marathon route Results will be available on www.raceresults.co.za. Participation in wheel chairs or running with animals is not permitted. Tog bag storage facility available at venue. Runners or walkers with prams or baby joggers are not permitted on the marathon and are to start at the back of the 10km race. Disabled or blind runners who require to be accompanied, may only make use of guides who have officially entered the event. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE A CUT-OFF TIME AT THE 21.1KM MARK AT 8:30AM. Runners who have not reached the halfway point by 8:30am will have to withdraw from the race. Watering points every 3km. No seconding is allowed. The stand and hand rule within 100 metres of the watering points rule will apply. Foreign athletes are to comply with IAAF and ASA Rule 4. Online entries on www.entrytime.com. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed on the church grounds. Food and refreshments will be on sale.
