DIRECTIONS - From J15 of the M4 motorway, follow the A346 signposted Marlborough. On entering
Marlborough continue to follow the A346 through the town, following the signs for Salisbury and
Burbage. Browns Farm can be found on the right hand side just after Postern Hill Campsite. “To the
Sale” signs will be posted locally.
REFRESHMENTS - A mobile canteen will be in attendance.
VALUE ADDED TAX - VAT at 20% will be charged on all items of deadstock, unless stated at the time
of sale. VAT number 130 2884 91
REMOVAL - All items are to be removed by Sunday 25th September 2016. Purchasers are reminded
that all lots become their total responsibility from the fall of the hammer.
PAYMENT - Payment must be made in full by cash or card only to the Auctioneers on the sale day. No
lots maybe removed from the sale field without an auctioneer’s pass confirming payment. Prospective
purchasers who have not traded with the auctioneers are required to provide two forms of identification,
one to be photographic and the other confirming address and are to register with name, address and
telephone number to bid prior to the commencement of the sale and confirm arrangements of payment.
Please note that a further charge of 2% will be added if paying with a credit card.
WARRANTY OF TITLE & AVAILABILITY - The seller warrants the auctioneer and the buyer that the
seller is the true owner of the property authorised to consign it for sale and is able to transfer the title of
the property free of any third party claims.

employee of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage or injury to any person or
property whatsoever whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way.
