ENRICHMENT

ENRICHMENT
Enrichment - act of making fuller or more meaningful or rewarding.
At the end of your gradebook are “Enrichment Assessment 1 and 2”. These have been
exempted from your assignments and are not required to complete. If you choose to complete
the assignment you will need to upload from the gradebook and the exemption will be changed
to a grade.
So what is enrichment and how does it work? Primarily it is similar to extra credit but by
adding the assignment you also add additional points to your overall point total. Traditionally
extra credit would give you extra points out of zero additional overall points. So if you did extra
credit it would add say 100pts out of 0pts. Enrichment will add the 100pts but you will now have
100pts added to your total. Overall it is still helpful for your grade and you will either receive the
full points or it will stay as an exemption.
To receive enrichment you have a few options that you can submit at anytime during the
course.
1. A second collaboration project from a teacher live lesson.
2. Your completed notes from a module (scanned with your writing).
3. Submission of 50 questions you believe may be practice exam questions from a module
or the full course.
