STEP 4 APPLICATION PROCESS, NOTIFICATION, AND PAYMENT

Event Partners, Sponsors, Duco Events Australia(DUCO) and Queensland Rugby Union (QRU) have priority allocation to available Hospitality Packages. Hospitality applications will be
processed in order of receipt and will be subject to availability.

Applications will not be processed if;
(a) Forms are incorrect or incomplete
(b) A valid email address is not provided

If Client is successful in its application for the Hospitality Package and has provided a valid email address, DUCO will send Client an acceptance email together with a tax invoice and
the hospitality allocation.

Full payment for the Hospitality Package must be received within 14 days of the issue date of the tax invoice to confirm the booking.

All pricing is quoted in AUD$ dollars and payments must be made in AUD$.

All pricing is inclusive of GST. DUCO reserves the right to adjust prices due to any increase or decrease in GST.

If full payment is not received within 14 days of receipt of a tax invoice, the Hospitality Package allocated will be released.

Tickets will not be sent and the Hospitality Package will not be activated until the Total Amount has been received in full by DUCO. Duco accepts only direct transfer and credit card, and
not cash, cheques or Bartercard. Please note that payment by credit cards will incur a fee and this fee will be notified upon processing of the Hospitality Package. No AMEX or Diners
Club cards will be accepted, only VISA and MASTERCARD.

Hospitality Package means the suite, box or function package selected by Client on the Form, including tickets to matches.

Pricing quoted excludes food and beverages unless otherwise specified.
